A Six-Week Faith-Centered Group

You're losing the weight. So why are you still bracing for it to come back?

Steady Ground is a six-week group for the Christian woman on a GLP-1 who's tired of waiting for the other shoe to drop.

The medication is doing its work. The scale is moving. And underneath the relief, there's a question that won't quite leave you alone.

What happens when I stop?

You've lost weight before. You know how this goes — the loss, then the slow creep back, then the starting over.

So even now, even with it working, part of you is standing braced. Waiting for proof that this time is the same as every other time.

Here's what I think is actually true. That bracing isn't you being negative. It's you being honest about what the medication can and can't do.

It can quiet the food noise. It can give you breathing room.

What it can't do is build the habits, rebuild the self-trust, or heal the part of you that decided a long time ago that you were the problem.

That's the work Steady Ground is for. And it's the work that decides whether the weight stays off.

A real 20-minute conversation — no cost, no pressure. We'll talk through where you are and whether Steady Ground is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you honestly.

If This Is You

This is for you if…

You don't have to be sure about coaching to read this part. Just notice if any of it sounds like the inside of your own head.

  • · You're on a GLP-1, and it's working — and you're quietly afraid of the day you stop.
  • · You've lost weight more times than you can count, and gained it back every time.
  • · You don't trust yourself around food, and you've stopped expecting to.
  • · You know what you're supposed to do. Knowing has never been the problem.
  • · You're tired of starting over. Not tired of trying — tired of starting over.
  • · You haven't told many people you're on the medication, because you're not sure how they'd look at you.
  • · You want your faith to be part of this, not walled off from it.

If you read that and something landed, you're in the right place. None of that is a character flaw. It's where the work starts.

The Reframe

It was never your willpower.

Somewhere across all those plans that worked and then stopped, you drew a conclusion about yourself. That if you'd just tried harder, stayed more disciplined, wanted it more — it would have held. That the thing that keeps failing is you.

I want to tell you what I think is actually true.

Every one of those plans worked on the surface. The food, the tracking, the rules. Not one of them touched what was underneath — the shame, the not trusting yourself, the quiet verdict you'd passed on your own character. You can't build something lasting on a foundation no one ever repaired. And no diet ever offered to repair it.

So the regain wasn't proof of your weakness. It was proof that you were working on the wrong layer.

Steady Ground works on the layer underneath. That's the whole point of it. Not another plan to white-knuckle — the actual repair work that makes a plan able to hold.

The Program

What Steady Ground is

Six weeks. One small group of women moving through it together. One live hour a week with me, on Zoom — real-time, real conversation, not recordings you watch alone.

It's not a diet and there's no meal plan. It's not a course you click through. It's a guided six weeks of doing the work underneath the weight — with other women who are in the same season, and a coach who has been exactly where you are.

Week 1 — The honest start

Saying the true thing out loud, in a room where no one flinches.

Week 2 — The medication, honestly

The shame comes off using it — and the honest truth gets said: the shot is not the change.

Week 3 — Why nothing stuck before

Naming the real problem, so the rest of the work makes sense.

Week 4 — Rebuilding self-trust

The center of the program — trust rebuilt through small kept promises, evidence instead of willpower.

Week 5 — The practical part

Building habits that work in your actual life — and last whether or not you're on the medication.

Week 6 — Where this leaves you

Looking ahead at maintenance without the dread. The fear of regain loosening its grip.

By Week 6, the goal isn't only that you've lost weight. It's that you've stopped waiting for the fall.

Tiffany Blevins

Who You'd Be Doing This With

I'm Tiffany.

I'm a certified Christian coach, a wife, and a mom of two teenage daughters — and I'm on a GLP-1 myself.

When I started, I went looking for support that held both things at once: my faith, and the honest reality of the medication. Real support, without shame, from someone who understood. I couldn't find it. There was weight-loss advice everywhere and faith content everywhere, and nothing that held both.

So I built it. I got the training, and I became the person I had been looking for — because I couldn't believe I was the only woman looking.

Years before any of this, I walked through addiction and came out the other side sober, changed from the inside out by God's grace. I know what it is to be stuck in a cycle and to believe the problem is you. And I know what it is to be freed from that. That's the place I coach from — not from having it all figured out, but from having walked through it.

I can promise you honesty without the shame.

What's Included

The founder cohort

This is the founder cohort — the first group through Steady Ground. Being first has real advantages, and the founder group is built around them: a smaller room, more of me, and a price that won't be offered again.

Included

What every founder member gets:

  • Six weekly live group coaching sessions with me, on Zoom — one hour each, six weeks.
  • A small group. The cohort is capped at 8 women, so it stays a room where everyone is known.
  • One free private 1:1 coaching session with me — a full one-hour session, normally $77 and included for founder members only.
  • Direct access to me between sessions — email or text me a question across the six weeks and you'll have an answer within a day.
  • A free 20-minute clarity call before you ever commit — the honest first conversation, so you join with your eyes open.

The Real Objection

“I've tried everything. How is this any different?”

If that question is sitting in your chest right now, I'm glad. It means you're taking this seriously, and it means you've been let down before. You should ask it.

Here's the honest answer. Everything you've tried worked on the food and the rules. Steady Ground works on the thing underneath them — the self-trust, the shame, the verdict you passed on yourself. That's not a different diet. It's a different layer. It's the layer that decides whether anything holds.

And I won't oversell it. Six weeks won't hand you a finished, permanent version of yourself — nothing does that, and anyone promising it isn't being honest with you. What six weeks can do is real: it can start to undo the belief that you were the problem all along, and it can start the self-trust rebuilding on actual evidence. That's the beginning of lasting change. It's the part nothing else you've tried even attempted.

You don't have to decide from a page. That's what the call is for.

FAQ

Questions women ask before they join

Who is Steady Ground for?
Women who are on a GLP-1 medication — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or similar — and want support that goes deeper than the medication. Whether you just started or have been on it a while, the six weeks are built to rebuild self-trust and build habits that last. You don't have to be a Christian to join, but you should be open to faith being part of the conversation.
Do I have to be planning to stop my medication to join?
No. Steady Ground works whether you plan to stay on the medication a long time, are thinking about coming off it eventually, or simply want a stronger foundation while you're on it. The work is the same either way — the medication is the season, not the subject.
Is this a diet program?
No. There's no meal plan, no food rules, no tracking. You've almost certainly tried that route already — most women have, more than once. Steady Ground works on the layer underneath the food: the self-trust, the shame, the belief that you were the problem all along. That's the part a diet never touches.
What does the group coaching actually look like?
Six weekly sessions, one hour each, live on Zoom. Real-time conversation — not recordings you watch alone. The group is capped at 8 women so it stays a room where everyone is known and no one disappears.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Then start with the free clarity call instead of the program. It's a 20-minute conversation, no cost and no pressure, where we talk honestly about where you are and whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I'll tell you. Not being sure is a good reason to book the call — not a reason to wait.

Final Step

Start with a conversation

If something in you has been quietly nodding the whole way down this page, that's worth listening to.

The next step isn't signing up. It's a free 20-minute clarity call — a real conversation where we talk through where you are, what you're afraid of, and whether Steady Ground is the right fit. If it is, I'll tell you. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too, and I'll point you somewhere better. You'd be talking to someone who has stood exactly where you're standing.

The founder cohort is small — 8 women — and the founder price and the free 1:1 session are for this group only.

No cost. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what comes next.
