Steady Ground — Group Coaching Agreement
Tiffany Blevins Coaching LLC
Welcome.
This document covers how we’ll work together inside Steady Ground — what you can expect from me, what I’ll ask of you and your fellow group members in return, and the practical pieces that make our time together clear and steady.
I’m glad you’re here.
Agreement Overview
This Group Coaching Agreement is entered into between Tiffany Blevins Coaching LLC (“Coach”) and the below-named Client.
This agreement begins on the date it is signed and applies to the Client’s enrollment in:
Steady Ground — a 6-week live group coaching program running on Zoom, beginning July 16, 2026, with a cohort capped at 8 women.
Purpose of This Program
Steady Ground is built for the Christian woman on a GLP-1 who wants to build the habits, self-trust, and identity foundation that support lasting change — not just while she’s on the medication, but after.
This is coaching, not medical care or licensed therapy. It’s a place where real, practical, faith-centered work gets done — in a room with other women in the same season.
Group Coaching Sessions
We’ll meet weekly for six weeks on a set schedule communicated to the group before the program begins. Sessions are held live on Zoom, one hour each.
Sessions may include:
- Coaching and group discussion
- Practical exercises and goal setting
- Action steps for the week ahead
- Faith-centered encouragement and prayer
Prayer is offered when welcomed. It is never required, and a Client who prefers not to incorporate prayer is fully supported.
Each session is designed to move the group forward together. Because this is a shared experience, the pace is set for the group — not adjusted session by session for individual participants.
Confidentiality
What’s shared in this group stays in this group.
As your coach, I will keep what you share confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, mandated reporting situations) or where you give written permission to share.
As a participant, you agree to extend that same protection to every other woman in the room. Nothing shared by another group member — her story, her struggles, her words — leaves this group.
A breach of group confidentiality may result in removal from the program without a refund. This protects everyone involved, including you.
Responsibilities & Commitments
My role as your coach:
- To guide and support you with integrity and care
- To create a respectful, encouraging environment where real work can happen
- To provide tools, structure, and coaching to the best of my ability
- To honor your values, goals, and beliefs
- To show up prepared and communicate clearly
Your role as a Client:
- To show up and participate as best you can
- To be open, honest, and willing to grow
- To take responsibility for your own choices and actions
- To complete any agreed-upon steps between sessions
- To respect the other women in the group with kindness and honesty
- To keep what others share confidential
- To bring concerns directly to me rather than to the group
Group Guidelines
To keep this a healthy space for everyone, we agree to:
- Listen with respect and give others room to share
- Avoid interrupting
- Offer encouragement, not unsolicited advice or judgment
- Bring concerns or conflicts directly to the Coach
If these guidelines are not respected, I reserve the right to remove a participant from the program. The refund policy in that situation is the same as a voluntary withdrawal after the program has started — no refund will be issued.
Payment & Investment
Steady Ground is $247. For this founder cohort, the price is $197.
Payment options:
- Pay in full — $197
- 2-pay plan — $99 before the first session, $98 three weeks later
- 3-pay plan — $66 before the first session, $66 two weeks later, $65 two weeks after that
By enrolling, you agree to the payment option selected at checkout. Missed or failed payments may result in removal from the program. Remaining payments on a payment plan are still owed regardless of attendance or participation.
Attendance & Missed Sessions
Attending live makes a real difference — for you and for the other women in the room. I encourage you to protect those six weeks on your calendar.
Because this is a group experience:
- Missed sessions cannot be made up individually
- Recordings may be provided at my discretion — this is not guaranteed
- No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions
Scope of Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for any of those services. I hold a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling along with Life Coach, Health Coach, and GLP-1 Coach certifications — but I do not practice as a licensed therapist or licensed medical provider in this coaching relationship.
If at any point a Client’s needs exceed the scope of coaching — including but not limited to active eating disorder symptoms, suicidal ideation, untreated addiction, severe mental health symptoms, or medical concerns about GLP-1 medication or any other prescribed treatment — I will recommend that the Client seek support from a qualified licensed professional, and may decline to continue coaching until appropriate care is in place.
Decisions about medication, physical health, mental health diagnoses, and any clinical treatment are between the Client and the Client’s licensed healthcare providers. I do not advise any Client to start, stop, adjust, or continue any medication, including GLP-1 medications.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you choose to withdraw from Steady Ground:
- Before the program begins (before July 16, 2026) — full refund issued.
- After the program begins — no refund will be issued.
If you are on a payment plan, remaining payments are still your responsibility regardless of whether you continue participating.
Termination
Either the Coach or the Client may end this agreement at any time with reasonable written notice.
If the Client chooses to withdraw after the program has begun, the refund policy above applies — no refund will be issued, and remaining payments on a payment plan remain due.
If the Coach ends the agreement for reasons including but not limited to scope of practice concerns, non-payment, confidentiality violations, or behavior that makes the group environment unworkable, the Client will be refunded for any prepaid sessions not yet held, at a per-session rate of $197 divided by 6.
Intellectual Property
All materials shared inside Steady Ground — session content, worksheets, frameworks, and resources — belong to Tiffany Blevins Coaching LLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Recording & Media
Sessions may be recorded to support the group. By participating, you agree to being included in those recordings.
You may not record or share any session content without written permission from the Coach.
Limitations of Liability
Coaching is not professional, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes. I cannot guarantee specific results — in weight, health, habits, identity, or any other area. I am not responsible for the actions, words, or behavior of other group members.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Coach and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
