Hi, I'm Tiffany.

For years I lived in the same exhausting cycle so many women know too well. Lose weight. Gain it back. Start over again. Each time it happened, the shame felt heavier.

But everything began to change when I stopped trying to control my body and started healing the deeper roots underneath my habits, my identity, and my faith.

With a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling along with certifications in Life Coaching, Health Coaching, and GLP-1 Coaching, my work focuses on helping women build a strong foundation for lasting transformation.

Who is Steady Ground for?
Steady Ground is designed for women who are currently using GLP-1 medications (like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound) and want deeper support beyond the medication. Whether you're just starting or have been on medication for a while, this program helps you build the habits, mindset, and faith foundation for lasting change.
Do I need to be planning to stop my medication to join?
Not at all. This program is valuable whether you plan to stay on medication, are thinking about transitioning off, or are simply wanting to build a stronger foundation while you're on it. The focus is on building habits and healing that support you no matter what.
What does the group coaching look like?
Each week we meet as a small group on zoom for a live coaching session. Sessions include teaching, guided reflection, and group discussion. You'll also receive practical tools and resources to work through between sessions. The environment is kind, supportive, and confidential.
Is this a diet program?
No. Steady Ground is not a diet program. While we do cover nutrition basics like protein and balanced eating on GLP-1, the focus is on healing your relationship with food, rebuilding self-trust, and developing sustainable habits rooted in faith — not restriction or rigid meal plans.  
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That feeling is completely normal — and it's actually one of the reasons this program exists. Many women who join feel uncertain at first. Steady Ground is designed to meet you exactly where you are and help you take steady steps forward. You don't need to have it all figured out to begin.
Is faith a big part of the program?
Yes, faith is woven throughout the program in a natural, encouraging way. We explore themes like identity in Christ, grace, surrender, and renewal. It's not preachy — it's an invitation to let God into your healing journey in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
